    Proserpine MMC Housing Installation Project

    Fennec Services installed 10 new dwellings — 20 modules across three two-storey buildings — for Ausco Modular in Proserpine. The scope covered crane coordination and module landing, welding and bolting, and full internal and external complexing, together with the supply and installation of second-storey stairs, handrails, balustrades and landings, vertical screens, carports, boardwalks and CFC-clad stairwells. Works were delivered by a crew of up to eight, supported by in-house drafting and project management.

  • Mansfield Carport Works

    Mansfield Carport Works

    Fennec Services delivered a new steel-framed carport for a residential property in Mansfield, from engineering design and 3D modelling through to Form 21 final certification. The scope covered footings and concreting, erection of the fabricated steel structure, LVLs, trusses and battens, roof tiling with sarking to match the existing dwelling, two full-height brick veneer piers with brick slip finishes, termite protection, and stormwater connection to the legal point of discharge. Works were delivered by a crew of up to five, supported by in-house drafting and project management.

  • Battery Hill House Renovation and Extension

    Battery Hill House Renovation and Extension

    Fennec Services delivered a full renovation and extension of a private home at Battery Hill on the Sunshine Coast. Structural works covered a new carport on galvanised steel columns, flyover roofs to the front and rear of the house, a verandah and roof extension on the east elevation, and a room extension on the west elevation taking in demolition, new slab and footings, framing, cladding, insulation and roofing tied into the existing structure. Internal works covered a new kitchen, bathroom reconfiguration, garage renovation, plastering, flooring and painting. A concrete sleeper retaining wall on galvanised posts was built to level the site. Plumbing, electrical, tiling and pest control were coordinated under Fennec supervision, with engineer inspections at footing, slab and framing stages.

    Koongal MMC Housing Installation Project

    Fennec Services installed 12 modular housing units across four buildings — 24 modules in total — for Ausco Modular in Koongal, Rockhampton. The scope covered crane coordination and module landing, welding and bolting, and full internal and external complexing, together with the supply and installation of six double-storey stair sets, eleven single-flight stairs, four carports, screens, underbattening and decking. Works were delivered by a crew of up to nine, supported by in-house drafting and project management.
