Our Origin
Fennec Services was founded by two brothers who possess a combined 50 years of experience in heavy industry and construction sectors. Having worked across various roles in remote areas of Australia, the founders have a deep understanding of the challenges associated with labour management. Their practical experience, coupled with technical expertise, has driven them to establish a service provider that addresses these challenges and adds value to the industry. Our Team
Richard Fox
Managing Director
Richard is a licensed builder and chartered professional engineer with close to 20 years in construction, from the trade floor to leading a 250-person division. Before starting Fennec Services in 2023, he managed heavy industrial and infrastructure work across Australia.
Edmund Fox
Business Operations
Edmund is a mechanical engineer and commerce graduate with project engineering and operations experience in resources and industrial construction. He leads contracts, tendering, cost control and the systems that support the crews.
Operations and site team
Grace Erbacher
Business Administration
Grace manages timecards, daily reporting, payroll administration and project documentation. She is the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Nicholas Donovan
Construction Superintendent
Nicholas is a licensed builder with over 20 years delivering construction and infrastructure projects, including Tier 1 mining shutdowns. Qualifications: Diploma in Project Management, Cert IV Building and Construction, Cert III Carpentry and Civil Construction.
Harley Doman
Supervisor
Harley is a qualified carpenter who supervises crews on residential, renovation and modular projects. Qualifications: Cert III Carpentry, B Class Asbestos Removal and Dogman.
Lawrence Fox
Senior Carpenter
Lawrence is an experienced leading hand across residential, commercial and civil work, comfortable reading plans and liaising with engineers and surveyors. Qualifications: Cert III Carpentry, EWP, Work at Heights and Dogman.
John Gelling
Senior Carpenter
John works across framing, fix-out and modular carpentry, with a record of training and mentoring apprentices. Qualifications: Cert III Construction and EWP High Risk Licence.
Ricki Parslow
Senior Carpenter
Ricki is a carpenter and joiner with over 35 years in the industry, including tilt panel work, commercial fit-outs and remote area construction. He is a former licensed builder and EWP Operator.
